In many countries around the world, September is recognized as Blood Cancer Awareness Month. Brasserie Lambic restaurants participate in the annual #RedSeptember charity event supporting the Leukemia Foundation.
From 30 september try the author's dishes participating in the promotion, and we will donate part of the funds based on the results of the action for treatment of the Foundation's wards.

We celebrate Oktoberfest every year and invite you to join us at the largest beer festival in the world! This year, in keeping with this wonderful tradition, we've created this menu in collaboration with Miratorg, inspired by the recent festival. We'll start with a crispy pretzel, which we all look forward to every year, and flaky roti with pulled pork! For main courses, we'll have pork loin schnitzel and smoked pork brisket with crispy cauliflower. Pair it all with German beers from the Beer Atlas! The star of the menu is traditionally the mini bone-in pork knuckle! This year, we're glazing it in demi-glace sauce and serving it with mashed potatoes and French fries.

Belgian light lager brewed by the famous St-Feuillien brewery especially for Brasserie Lambic! A perfectly balanced beer, the taste and aroma are soft, moderately malty with a profile of toasty, biscuit, nutty, caramel and honey notes with moderate fruitiness and a slight hop bitterness. Try it in all Lambic's already!
