New menu is already in Lambic!
In the last three weeks we have fully restored all 11 Lambic restaurants and now we are ready to move on! The updated kitchen and bar menu is already waiting for you: we reduced prices on more than 20 items of the main menu, the hits from the past - poke with salmon and tuna, wasabi shrimp and mini lamb kebureks are back. We have added chicken nuggets to the beer snacks section, which we serve in one of three author's sauces of your choice. We added cod with mashed green peas with spinach sauce and sun-dried tomatoes to the main dishes section.
And finally, what we've been asked for so often - a light summer menu! For example a salad with baked vegetables and corn oil, zucchini stuffed with lentils and lecho, fried tofu with green beans, and of course the traditional ocroshka on kvass!
Add to this Aperol Spritz for 350 rubles daily from 12 to 16, author lemonades, kombucha with different flavors and natural refreshing smoothies!

The rules are simple: head to Lambic on Wednesday, look for the burgundy price tags on the menu, and enjoy the chain’s most popular dishes at the best possible price. Meet the new seasonal menu «The Magnificent Seven» at Brasserie Lambic from February 15! These are not just sandwiches. These are seven full-fledged, bold, and very different characters. We have selected seven of the best flavors and textures for you. And we haven’t forgotten the most important quality — the perfect pairing with beer! — Shrimp burger with shrimp patty, tartar sauce, and lightly salted cucumber.— Mini beef burgers in warm pepper sauce.— Mini beef burgers in warm mushroom sauce.— Taco Birra with braised beef tails, mozzarella, and demi-glace sauce.— Hot dog with beef brisket, pickled cabbage, barbecue sauce, and mustard.— Hot dog with artisanal pork and beef sausage, sauerkraut, and barbecue and mustard sauces.— Crispy chicken sandwich on brioche with romaine lettuce and Caesar sauce. To accompany the new seasonal dishes, the Lambic team recommends an exclusive draft beer: Lambic and Stout Timmermans & Guinness. This is an amazing blend of three beers: Guinness West Indies Porter, Guinness Special Export, and Timmermans Oude Kriek. The result is a dark beer with a subtle pink hue in the foam and an aroma combining chocolate, cherry, and oak.
