Big menu update at Lambic!
We really wanted to have time to please Lambic's guests during the May holidays, and we succeeded!
In addition to the draw, dedicated to the company's tenth anniversary, starting in May, we launched a major update of the main menu! Check out 20 new and updated dishes with a special mark in the main menu!
Three new items with peking duck: waffle, salad and burger expand the richness of the flavors of our menu. Truffle sauce for mussels, ptitim pasta with cuttlefish ink and seafood, burger with tuna steak will remind you of the sea, better than any words.
Now in the main menu the main hits of our winter festival of Belgian waffles, — potato waffles with beef steak and hot cheese and sweet wheat waffles with strawberries and ice cream. The Desserts section also features a classic New York cheesecake with fresh strawberry sauce and healthy berry bowl with sorbet granola for a full breakfast. Another new — a large assortment of three types of shrimp on — Magadan, comb and Bering shrimp with aioli sauce. More seafood salads have also been added: a light and fresh one with shrimp, avocado and feta cream is complemented by a more hearty salad with octopus, baked potatoes and balsamic sauce. : classic okroshka in two even more classic options: on kvass or kefir.

Every Wednesday at Brasserie Lambic, the restaurant waives the markup on ten popular menu items. Through mid-May, guests can enjoy the menu’s best-sellers at cost price every Wednesday. Ten dishes from the main menu are featured in the promotion each week, and the selection will change weekly. The rules are simple: head to Lambic on Wednesday, look for the burgundy price tags on the menu, and enjoy the chain’s most popular dishes at the best possible price. Meet the new seasonal menu «The Magnificent Seven» at Brasserie Lambic from February 15! These are not just sandwiches. These are seven full-fledged, bold, and very different characters. We have selected seven of the best flavors and textures for you. And we haven’t forgotten the most important quality — the perfect pairing with beer! — Shrimp burger with shrimp patty, tartar sauce, and lightly salted cucumber.— Mini beef burgers in warm pepper sauce.— Mini beef burgers in warm mushroom sauce.— Taco Birra with braised beef tails, mozzarella, and demi-glace sauce.— Hot dog with beef brisket, pickled cabbage, barbecue sauce, and mustard.— Hot dog with artisanal pork and beef sausage, sauerkraut, and barbecue and mustard sauces.— Crispy chicken sandwich on brioche with romaine lettuce and Caesar sauce. To accompany the new seasonal dishes, the Lambic team recommends an exclusive draft beer: Lambic and Stout Timmermans & Guinness. This is an amazing blend of three beers: Guinness West Indies Porter, Guinness Special Export, and Timmermans Oude Kriek. The result is a dark beer with a subtle pink hue in the foam and an aroma combining chocolate, cherry, and oak.
