The first and most long-awaited news: the legendary Mort Subite Witte Lambic, light and refreshing, is brewed with the addition of dried apricots, for the first time this year. One of the best summer drinks to enjoy on Lambic Patios!
Also, on the eve of summer, we expanded the line of bottled ciders, and connected one faucet, — Russian manufacturer from the Leningrad region. The variety of fruit beers has also increased. We recommend trying Bacchus Frambozenbier on the tap. This is a Belgian ale made with a Flandish brown ale and raspberry juice. Beer has a harmonious, fresh taste with an excellent balance of sweetness and acidity. Caramel-malt hints can be traced in the background. The aroma reveals rich tones of ripe raspberries and nuances of brown ale.
The faucet stout has also been updated to Shepherd Neame Double Stout. This is a great representative of English stouts. At its basis — an ancient recipe from the brewery's own archives, brewed using the UK's only and oldest oak wood mash tun. All this, plus East Kentish golden hops, gives this beer the signature features of the oldest British brewery.
We keep up with the modern craft wave, and now you can taste the Swedish IPA on tap with an intense, predominantly tropical fruity hop aroma and flavor, with strong dry hopping to haze, and more full body, mild flavor and less perceived bitterness Poppels New England IPA. We also recommend a bottle of non-standard Belgium: Kerel Kaishaku — A 15% Belgian Pale Ale that speaks for itself. Kaishaku — this is the name of the assistant who helps to do hara-kiri in Japan.
For the first time in Lambic, two interesting varieties from Russian craft brewers from Crimean brewery Anchor. One of business cards Anchor — grape ales. The very nature of the Crimea prompted brewers to create these unique drinks with the addition of Rkatsiteli, Riesling, Chardonnay, Aligote, Pinot Noir grape juice.
Absolutely summer hits will be light brackish gose brewed by the Americans Two Roads: Tanker Truck Passion Fruit Gose (with passion fruit) and Tanker Truck Lime Gose (with lime) ).
Cherry on cake — Belgian quadrupel (10.5% ABV), aged 8 weeks in barrels from Laphroaig Gulden Draak Cuvée Prestige Laphroaig.

Chef Semyon Solomein presents a new special Lambic menu! Here you will find 5 duck dishes in different cooking techniques and styles. We start our acquaintance with duck riet, which we serve with pickled daikon, cherry marmalade and ciabatta. Next, we take an olivier with smoked duck, made with roasted vegetables with homemade dressing. Taco in crispy tortilla with Peking duck and hoisin sauce will be an excellent appetizer, which is convenient to «share» for the whole company. We will warm up with fragrant sesame ramen with duck breast, pickled egg and spicy chili oil. And for hot dish we’ll choose stewed duck leg confit with polenta and spinach. For dessert, try the coconut mochi with mango-mandarin sauce, a classic Japanese dessert made from rice dough and topped with creamy ice cream. For a perfect match to the dishes, we recommend specially invented drinks from bar manager Diana Dvoretskaya: — Mr. Scrooge (peated whiskey/campari/red vermouth) — Beijing Vacation (bourbon / cherry / herbal liqueur) — Apricot Flight (vodka / apricot / almond / lemon) — Lingonberry Splash (gin / lingonberry / lemon / bitters) — Hunter’s Instinct (rum / herbal tea / lingonberry / cinnamon / bitter)
