In the new project Edge managed to embody the maximum concept of beauty. The interior is austere, stylish and modernistic. The wine list is prepared by Vlada Lesnichenko who has gathered an interesting collection for the restaurant including rare green wines and 16 wines by the glass. A talented young chef - Archi Samandov - is responsible for the kitchen. His area of interest is modern author's cuisine. For example, he masterfully grills steaks and makes complex side dishes, boldly mixes juicy grilled fruits and Russian cheeses, adds nettles to sorrel soup, and serves rhubarb to celery root.

With the onset of fine weather, one of the top priorities in choosing a restaurant is to have a nice and cozy summer veranda. After all, it is much more pleasant to spend time not under air conditioning in the hall, but enjoying the beautiful views of the city, a light breeze and a pleasant meal. In the fresh air the food even of the best places will taste even better!

Here you can not think about boring problems, get cozy and forget about the movement of time and the hustle and bustle of everyday life. You can taste dishes cooked on a grill (Edge restaurant). During the warm season a favorite place to relax and feast is the enclosed summer veranda on the inside territory of the restaurant. Here you can sit in any weather, have a glass of wine, beer or a cup of coffee, have a delicious lunch, celebrate a wedding or hold a corporate banquet.

A summer terrace in the restaurant EDGE on Verkhnyaya Radischevskaya Street) is an oasis of peace and quiet in the center of Moscow. We at Lambic are attentive to what is important for our guests, so for Lent we have prepared a special menu with a variety of colorful dishes. To start we offer crispy bruschetta with artichokes, vegetable spring rolls and falafel salad, and as a hot appetizer we serve baked eggplants with tofu cream. For the first course there is mushroom ramen, and the main course is presented with cauliflower steak with quinoa and hearty BBQ shawarma with falafel. We will not leave without dessert — we bake banana pai with lemon sorbet. Be inspired, grow spiritually and do not sacrifice taste — we are waiting for the Lenten menu until the beginning of May!

We have launched a new Beer Altas, and we can’t wait to introduce you to its new products! The legendary PAUWEL KWAK is back — a beer served in a special flask-shaped glass in a wooden base. The legend says that the beer is named in honor of brewer Pauwel Kwak, who at the beginning of the XIX century was the owner of the inn «De Hoorn» and brewed dark beer. His inn was often visited by coachmen, who in those days were not allowed to leave the carriage. Therefore, Kwak invented unusually shaped glasses for them, which could be placed in special wooden holders placed next to the coachman on the carriage. We also recommend you to get acquainted with new positions of hoped beer: hoped Abbey Blonde AVERBODE and Belgian Indian Pale Ale from John Martin brewery — MARTIN’S IPA.
